Look for a clean and organized facility; ask to see vehicles they have just repaired; Look at their training and certification history such as factory and manufacture training, I-CAR training, and ASE certification. </p> <p>* Ask about their Warrantee and how they handle complaints or problems. Everybody makes mistakes; it's the way problems are solved that demonstrates true character and ability of a shop to maintain a strong reputation.</p> <p>Selecting a shop that is honest and dependable is probably the most important, don't automatically select the one with the lowest price. That "low price" may reflect something that's missing. That "something" either will show up on the final bill or result in inferior quality or incomplete repair.
